Janina Häusler began her work as a research assistant at the Friedl Schöller-Endowed Chair for Teaching and Learning Research in May 2013. She is employed in the DFG-sponsored project „Interaction – Teacher-Student-Interactions in Classroom” and will develop her PhD in this area. Before this, she studied Education for Secondary School Teaching for Biology and Chemistry at the Technische Universität München and completed her studies with a Master of Education and the First State Exam for Secondary School Teaching. She wrote her master's thesis on "Attitudes of mentors towards the guidance of student teachers in practical internships” at the Chair for Teaching and Learning Research under the supervision of Dr. Alexander Gröschner. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant at the Chair in the DFG-sponsored project Dialogue and has been support for the practical internship TUMpaedagogicum. Furthermore, she was an assistant in the project TUMtwoinone and was involved in student affairs at the TUM School of Education.
